Last Saturday, the Men in Christ Taiwan Men’s Breakfast gathered twenty mighty men for a powerful morning of fellowship, testimony, and transformation. We had the privilege of hearing from Bharat “Baz” Varia—a Mighty Man of God and commercial airline pilot—who shared a testimony that moved every heart in the room.
Baz spoke openly about what his life looked like before knowing Jesus—the struggles, the pain, and the burden he carried on his own strength. He shared the moment everything changed: when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Today, his life is a living testimony of God’s grace, redemption, and power to transform.
As men listened, many connected with his story because Jesus is also working deeply in their lives. Twenty men came together that morning, each experiencing ongoing transformation in Christ. Freedom Through Fellowship—and that is exactly what this ministry is all about.
A Place for Real Conversations and Real Healing
Every three months, the Men in Christ Taiwan men’s ministry meets in Taipei for a men’s breakfast. We begin with food, fellowship and a testimony or teaching. But one of the most impactful parts of our gatherings happens afterward, when we break into small groups for discussion.
This is where real healing begins.
Men open up about the challenges they face—marriage struggles, personal battles, faith questions, or areas where they need strength. In these groups, other men stand with them, pray over them, offer encouragement, and speak life into their situation. It’s a safe place for men to be honest, vulnerable, and strengthened by brothers who follow Jesus.
