MIC Taiwan Men's Breakfast Recap
Updated: May 27
Building Brotherhood and Christian Community in Taiwan
This past Saturday, men from across Taipei gathered for another meaningful morning of fellowship, encouragement, and brotherhood at the MIC Taiwan Men’s Breakfast.
The morning centered around an important reminder: men were never meant to walk through life alone.

Matthew shared about his personal journey of moving to Taiwan as a foreigner and the challenges many men face when building community in a new place. He spoke honestly about the loneliness, isolation, and disconnect that can happen when men lack strong Christian fellowship, especially while living far from family and lifelong relationships.
Out of that experience, God placed a burden on his heart to help create a strong brotherhood for men here in Taiwan. A place where men can gather consistently, encourage one another, grow spiritually, and build authentic friendships rooted in Christ.

Throughout the morning, the men were encouraged to intentionally surround themselves with godly brothers who can sharpen, support, and walk alongside them through every season of life.
Christian fellowship is more than simply attending events or sharing a meal together. It is about building relationships that strengthen faith, provide accountability, and help men persevere through life’s challenges.

ARK Kollective
We were also grateful to hear from Lewis King, who shared about his ministry, ARK Kollective, and the vision behind the work they are doing. It was encouraging to hear how God is moving through their ministry and impacting lives throughout Taiwan.
As Men in Christ Taiwan continues to grow, we are thankful for every man who takes the step to show up, connect, and invest in brotherhood.
We believe God is building something meaningful here in Taiwan, and we’re excited to continue walking this journey together.
